THE FOUNDERS STORY
From an exceptionally young age, the pressure of money, communication, health and mental health were clear. Even through all of this, there was one thing that always stuck with me, the emotion of hope. I knew that I could escape that environment.
This in turn led me to join the British Army’s elite infantry unit, the Parachute Regiment, at the age of 16. This is where a new professional Sam was born. At the outset of my career, hope was still as strong as ever, I made it my mission to be the best professional soldier I could be. Forging what the Paras determine as high levels of physical and mental robustness. After spending 9 years serving, I decided I’d become an entrepreneur.
It was here that I entered the fitness industry and started my career working within the Kensington borough of London. I spent the next 6 years investing over £100,000 into education to become the best coach I possibly could be.
Concurrently running two businesses and being a father, I’m no stranger to the challenges business owners face. It’s a difficult, yet delicate balance to keep performance and health on top form, whilst fostering an excellent family environment.
Hope is the one thing that has stayed true to me from childhood. Now that hope is embedded in the knowledge that we all, as business owners, can tackle the significant issues the world faces, more effectively than the majority of other demographics.
My personal big three - Climate change, poverty and animal welfare.
I also know that we cannot pour from an empty cup. To make any significant change to our causes, we must be able to support ourselves internally, before we can support others.
This is where my three biggest passions come in - Health, performance and entrepreneurialism.
